Your Impact So Far
Together we have changed the lives of orphans across the world
When Allah Asks About the Orphans
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be like these two in Paradise," and he gestured with his index and middle fingers held together (Sahih al-Bukhari). This hadith carries a weight that no believer can afford to ignore. Orphan sponsorship is not simply an act of kindness. It is an investment in the Akhirah, a seat beside the best of creation on the Day of Judgement. When Allah asks us what we did for the children who had no one, what will our answer be?
Orphan Sponsorship: A Year of Protection
For £360 per year, you provide a child with everything they need to survive and thrive. Education fees, school supplies, nutritious meals, medical check-ups, clothing, and emotional wellbeing support. Our sponsorship model is worldwide, reaching orphans in Yemen, Syria, Palestine, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Afghanistan and beyond. Every child is matched to a specific programme and you receive updates on their progress. This is not a faceless donation. This is a relationship between guardian and child, between this Ummah and its most vulnerable members.
Eid Gifts: Joy for a Child Who Has Nothing
Eid should be a day of celebration for every child. But for orphans living in poverty, displacement or conflict, Eid can be the loneliest day of all. For just £20, you can provide an Eid gift package containing toys, new clothes and treats, giving an orphan child a reason to smile on the day the rest of the Ummah is celebrating. It is a small gesture that carries enormous weight in the eyes of a child who has lost everything.
Muslims In Need is a UK registered charity (No. 1158317) committed to a 100% donation policy. All administrative and operational costs are covered by institutional funding, meaning every penny of your Orphan Night donation goes directly to the beneficiary. Our Hand2Hand delivery model ensures full transparency, with photo and video evidence provided for orphan sponsorship and Eid gift distribution.
